- Preferences & Settings: Your app preferences, theme selections, playback settings, and custom playlists are stored locally.
- Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app (e.g., feature usage, crash reports, performance metrics).
- Device Information: Basic device information (platform, OS version, app version) may be collected for compatibility and support purposes.
- Technical Logs: Error logs and diagnostic information may be collected to identify and fix bugs.
- Streaming Content: We do not collect, store, or monitor the content you stream through Genova IPTV.
- IPTV Service Credentials: Your IPTV service credentials are stored locally and encrypted on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (Premium feature).
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- App Functionality: To provide core features like playlist management, favorites, and playback controls.
- Cloud Sync (Premium only): To synchronize your favorites, playlists, and settings across your devices when enabled.

3. Data Storage
3.1 Local Storage
By default, all your data (IPTV sources, playlists, favorites, settings) is stored locally on your device. This means:
- Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
- You have full control over your data.
- No internet connection is required to access your locally stored information.
3.2 Cloud Storage (Premium Feature)
If you subscribe to Genova Premium and enable cloud sync:
- Your synchronized data is stored securely on our servers.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- You can disable cloud sync at any time, which will stop syncing but may not immediately delete data from our servers (see section on data deletion).
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- Analytics (anonymized usage data)
- Cloud infrastructure (for Premium cloud sync)
